ABOUT
Founded by Louise and Lee from South Devon, originally Louise was from Birmingham and Lee was from Gloucester. What started out as a cleaning company grew into a deep, passionate love of property and quickly turned into a sizable business.
With a range of properties from across the South West now in our capable hands, we turned our hand to assisting owners that perhaps were struggling a little or just didn't quite have the time to put into the project. We have become very knowledgeable and are now the go to for all of our clients in any challenging situation.
With every new property we gain, an additional skill is learnt. We have such a variety of property to manage, sometimes it even surprises us a little!
We are often called upon by Holiday Let agents to assist owners in their Holiday Let ventures and so we decided to start The Holiday Let Inspector to work alongside our cleaning company. We aim to offer our clients a broad range of "help us to help you" services, completely bespoke to your budget and needs. We can come to you and tell you our recommendations or you can tell us exactly what you need, either way we are always here to help you.
